GP Plus Clinic, Noarlunga

The project comprised two new health clinic buildings, a new hospital car park for 220 cars and a new fit out to include a 24 chair dental facility for the South Australian Dental Service in the existing Village building. This purpose-built clinic provides a range of easily accessible health services that focus on the primary health needs and well-being of people living in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.

The main building comprises the construction of a 2,700 sqm, a two-storey building that acts as an entry point to the health precinct and provides a range of health services, including general practice, specialist medical and allied health, mental health, early childhood, sexual health, Aboriginal health and pathology collection.

This project has registered for 5-star GreenStar Health tool V1 'as-built'. We anticipate this will be the first ‘as built’ Green Star healthcare facility in South Australia.
