Hallett Cove Shopping Centre (Woolworths Supermarket)

The Hallett Cove Shopping Centre Redevelopment was a multi-stage 30,000m2 redevelopment of an existing centre, which consisted of both new works and a redevelopment of the existing centre whilst under full operation to the public. The new works comprised a Big W (4,500 sqm), Woolworths (3,500 sqm), 50 new specialty tenancies with connecting mall corridors, an underground basement carpark for 400 vehicles and extending to this whole footprint and external carparking for 1,200 vehicles. The refurbishment of the existing centre was carried out to the mall corridor and 16 specialty tenancies during nightshift work
